VIVID Relationships Coaching is designed for individuals and couples who are emotionally and mentally stable and seeking to improve their relationship through guided support. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that emphasizes growth, clarity, and meaningful change. It is action-oriented and solution-focused, with an emphasis on building confidence, strengthening connection, and creating lasting results.

As the client, you are responsible for identifying your goals and actively participating in the process. Your progress will depend on your willingness to be open, reflect honestly, and try new approaches.

As your VIVID Relationships Provider, I will offer direct feedback, ask thoughtful and sometimes challenging questions, and provide structure and tools to help you move forward.

Coaching is not a regulated healthcare service. It is the client's responsibility to determine whether coaching is a good fit for their needs and to evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching experience. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care. It does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or substance use treatment. If you are experiencing concerns that require clinical support, you are encouraged to seek care from a licensed mental health professional.

Confidentiality is an important part of the VIVID Relationships coaching experience. While coaching services are not governed by HIPAA, your privacy is taken seriously. Your identity and the content of your sessions will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible. Information will only be shared with your written permission or if required by law. The following exceptions apply:

Safety and Mandatory Reporting
If there is reason to believe that a child or vulnerable adult is being abused or neglected, a report may be made to the appropriate authorities. This includes situations where there is concern that a minor may currently be at risk.

Risk of Harm
If you express intent to harm yourself or another person, or if there is a credible threat of imminent danger, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure safety. This may include contacting emergency services or relevant authorities.

Professional Collaboration
VIVID Relationships providers may consult with other trained professionals or team members to support your progress. These consultations are conducted with care and discretion, and identifying information is minimized whenever possible. All team members are held to the same confidentiality standards.

Public Encounters
If we see each other outside of sessions, your privacy will be respected. I will not initiate contact. If you choose to acknowledge me, I will respond briefly, but will not engage in detailed conversation in a public setting.

You are financially responsible for all services provided. VIVID Relationships (Texas Relationship Therapy PLLC, as listed on billing statements) does not bill insurance or any third-party payers. We do not provide documentation beyond receipts for payments made. If you choose to seek reimbursement through your insurance or another third party, you may use your receipt for that purpose. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed and is solely your responsibility.

Payment is due at the time services are provided. By scheduling a session with VIVID Relationships, you agree to keep a valid credit card on file, which may be charged for services and any applicable fees as outlined in this agreement.

You may discontinue coaching at any time. If you have purchased a pre-paid coaching package and choose to discontinue, a 50% refund will be issued for any unused sessions based on the discounted package rate. All pre-paid sessions must be used within one calendar year of purchase.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, a copy of this signed agreement may be provided to the financial institution to support the charges. Any fees associated with chargebacks will be the responsibility of the client. Failure to fulfill payment obligations or engaging in fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services and referral to appropriate collection or administrative processes.

Infants may be present during a session; however, please be aware that they may create distractions that can impact the effectiveness of your time. Children who are not directly participating in the coaching process should not attend sessions. If a client arrives with children who are not involved in the session, the session may need to be rescheduled and the scheduled session fee will still apply.

Coaching sessions require your full presence and participation. For this reason, sessions will not be conducted if a client appears to be impaired. If you attend a session under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impact your ability to fully engage, your provider will ask to reschedule the session. The scheduled session fee will still apply.

Because intimate relationships often include sexual concerns, aspects of sexuality and physical intimacy may be discussed during VIVID Relationships coaching. Our providers may offer education and guidance using a variety of formats, including verbal discussion, recommended readings, written materials, or other educational resources. All coaching remains professional, structured, and focused on helping you build a healthier and more satisfying connection.

Coaching sessions do not involve any physical contact. Clients are expected to remain fully clothed and to engage in sessions in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Any behavior that is inappropriate, sexually suggestive, or unprofessional may result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the scheduled session fee will still apply. By signing this consent, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the information outlined above and agree to participate in VIVID Relationships coaching services. You understand that coaching is a voluntary process, and you accept full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes that may result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless VIVID Relationships, Texas Relationship Therapy PLLC, and your provider from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in coaching services.
